Change Better Jewellery was established in 1988, with the concept of “be nice, be confident, be better, be sustainable, be responsible”.

Judy, the founder also the designer was born in a very remote village. She suffered a really unfortunate childhood with domestic violence, alcoholism, addiction and school bullying from a broken family. Since she was 8 years old, she put all family burden on her shoulder. So at that time she realized the only person she can count on was herself. Luckily her village has always been famous for its natural crystal mine. One day she found a piece of clear quartz in farmland and she took home made into a beautiful necklace. Soon she started to make all the crystals she found into jewellery and then sold in state fair, that was her first business. All the original materials she used were 100% natural, recyclable, sustainable like stainless steel, aluminium, wood, hemp rope and etc.

Her products attracted more and more people so she made her first $100,000 at age of 10. She gave back to the society and community also helped thousands of problem teenagers going back to the right track, soon after she became the local entrepreneur. That is why she chose “Change Better” as her brand.
